Watermelon and berry frappe
This thick, creamy and utterly delicious watermelon and berry frappe is a great way to start your day, or to reach for as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Naturally sweet and enlivened by a shot of lime.

Ingredients
Watermelon and berry frappé
- 400 gram seedless watermelon, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 125 gram strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 20 ice cubes
Method
Watermelon and berry frappe
- 1Blend or process all ingredients until smooth.
Notes
A frappe is best made just before serving as the thick, creamy texture will subside and separate if it stands for too long.
