Method
1.Halve and stone avocados. Using a spoon, scoop out flesh into a bowl.
2.Add all the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds then season with salt and pepper. Use a fork to roughly mash everything together.
3.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately with the Huntley & Palmers Sesame, Quinoa & Cracked Pepper Oat Thins.
