Method

1.Cook pork, uncovered, in heated oiled large frying pan until cooked as desired. Cover pork; stand 5 minutes then slice thickly.
2.Meanwhile, segment mandarins into large bowl. Stir in combined oil, honey and chilli. Add pork, radicchio, sprouts and nuts; toss gently to combine. Serve salad warm.
