Warm pasta, salmon and asparagus
1.In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain well and return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, place asparagus and all peas in a microwave- safe bowl with water. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high (100%) for 1-1 1/2 minutes, until just tender. Drain well.
3.DRESSING: In a small jug, whisk all ingredients together.
4.Add vegetables to pasta with salmon, dressing and parsley. Crumble over ricotta to serve.
