Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat egg, oil and sugar in a large bowl, until pale and creamy. Sift flours over oil mixture. Add walnuts and 150g chocolate. Stir until well combined.
3.Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on prepared tray, about 3cm apart. Flatten slightly. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven. Cool completely on tray (biscuits will firm).
4.Place remaining chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 20-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth. Cool slightly. Drizzle melted chocolate over biscuits. Set.

You could also make smaller biscuits, using 2-teaspoon quantities, and sandwich together with melted chocolate. Walnut crumbs are available in the nuts aisle.
