Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Sift flour into a large bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
3.Make a well in centre of flour mixture. Add milk; stir with a palette knife until well combined. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently. Roll or press out to a 1cm-thick rectangle.
4.In a small bowl, combine Vegemite and water. Spread over dough; top with cheese. Roll up dough lengthways.
5.Cut dough into 12 rounds. Place on prepared tray, seam sides together. Spray with olive oil.
6.Bake 15-20 minutes, until crisp and browned. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
