Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease and line 2 oven trays.
2.In a large bowl, combine mince, onion, carrot, zucchini, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, barbecue sauce and egg. Season to taste.
3.Cut each sheet of pastry in half. Shape mixture into 6 long sausages. Place along one edge and roll tightly to seal.

5.Cut each roll into 3 pieces. Brush with egg and place on trays, about 3cm apart, then score tops.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
7.Serve with tomato sauce and fruit of choice.
