Ingredients

Method

1.Lightly spray six 1/2-cup dariole moulds with oil.
2.In a jug, whisk gelatine into water using a fork until dissolved. Set aside.
3.In a medium saucepan, combine buttermilk, sugar, orange zest and cardamom. Stir over a low heat until sugar dissolves and mixture simmers.
4.Remove from heat and stir the yoghurt and vanilla through. Discard zest and cardamom pods.
5.Whisk gelatine into buttermilk mixture. Pour between prepared moulds. Arrange on a tray and chill for 3-4 hours, until firm.
6.Toss strawberries in a bowl with honey and orange juice. Unmould panna cottas and serve with berries.
