Method

1.Place mayonnaise and cranberry sauce in a bowl; stir to combine.
2.Spread a thin layer over each slice of bread, all the way to the edges.
3.Top 6 pieces of bread with turkey, brie slices and sprouts. Season with cracked black pepper. Top with remaining bread.
4.Remove crusts of each sandwich; slice into 3 fingers in the same direction as the slices of brie.
5.Place on a platter and serve.
