Tuna tartare salad
Experience the delicacy of thinly sliced rare tuna, served here with fresh vegetables and a punchy horseradish dressing to create a beautifully light Summer salad.

Ingredients
Tuna tartare salad
- 1 baby cos lettuce, trimmed
- 4 small egg tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 200 gram piece sashimi grade tuna, thinly sliced
- lemon wedges to serve
Dressing
- 1/4 cup horseradish cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Method
Tuna tartare salad
- 1Place lettuce on a serving platter. Top with tomato, onion and tuna. Season to taste.
- 2To make dressing: In a jug, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste. Serve salad drizzled with dressing and accompanied with lemon wedges.
Notes
Tuna will slice easier if you wrap the piece in cling plastic and freeze it until just firm.
