Tuna and macaroni momay

.Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain. While pasta is cooking, blanch asparagus in same pot, 3 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
.Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, 2 minutes, until mixture just starts to change colour.
.Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly, until smooth and combined. Cook sauce, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in asparagus and 1/2 cup of cheese. Add nutmeg and season to taste.
.Preheat grill on medium. Add macaroni and tuna to sauce and stir to combine. Pour into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Grill, 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden. Serve with salad, if you like.
