Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain and refresh.
2.Meanwhile, drop asparagus into a pan of boiling, salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water, then drain again. Halve asparagus, then slice diagonally.
3.Combine asparagus with pasta, tuna, mint and parsley in a serving bowl.
4.To make dressing, combine ingredients in a jug. Drizzle over pasta and toss. Season to taste. Stir through breadcrumbs just before serving with grissini.
