Ingredients
Tropical breakfast smoothie
- 2 cup tropical juice
- 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice
Method
Tropical breakfast smoothie
- 1Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
- 2Pour into glasses or sealable containers to serve.
Notes
Pour smoothie into plastic cups or sealable mugs and take with you in the car. You can use any fruit juice, or replace raspberries with any berries that are in season or good value.
