Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Lightly grease and line an 18 x 28cm slice pan with baking paper.
2.Combine dark chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted. Mix in sugar and allow to cool slightly.
3.Whisk eggs into mixture. Stir in flour, sour cream and choc bits until well combined. Spread evenly into pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, until just firm to touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
4.DECORATIONS. Spread top and sides of slice with Nutella. Sprinkle all over with crushed chocolate biscuits. Use milk arrowroot biscuits to make tombstones, piping “RIP” with soft Nutella or melted chocolate if liked. Arrange extra decorations over surface as shown.

If preferred, cut the slice into 16 even pieces and decorate each piece with a biscuit headstone and lollies.
