Toasted marshmallow s'more

This American classic campfire sweet treat is believed to have been so-named due to the cries of "some more"! They come in many shapes and sizes. This version uses marshmallows and caramel-filled chocolate. Yum!

  • 400 gram packet digestive biscuits
  • 250 gram packet marshmallows
  • 2 220g blocks, cut into squares caramel-filled chocolate

    Place a pan over high heat, or preheat a barbecue hot plate. Place two biscuits per s'more, flat side down in pan. Heat 1 minute.

    Sandwich hot sides of two biscuits together with two marshmallows and a few pieces of chocolate.

    Place in pan and heat 1 minute each side, until melted and oozing.


If liked, use chocolate wheaten biscuits and don't add any chocolate.
