Ingredients

Method

1.In a medium bowl, combine chicken and 1/3 cup marinade. Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thickly.
3.Meanwhile, cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well.
4.Transfer noodles to a large bowl with snow peas, orange segments, onion, ginger and remaining marinade. Toss well to combine.
5.Serve chicken on a bed of noodles, scattered with extra onion and sesame seeds.

For a super-fast meal, use a barbecued chicken or sliced duck and follow the recipe from Step 3.
