Method
1.Place lemongrass in a heatproof jug. Add tea bags, sugar and boiling water, stir until sugar dissolves. Stand 10 minutes.
2.Discard tea bags. Cover and refrigerate until cold. To serve, fill one-third of a jug with ice; sliced lemon, tea mixture and lemongrass stalks. Stir in ginger ale, lemon juice and gin to combine.
