Tandoori chicken skewers
Coconut bananas
Method
1.In a shallow bowl, combine chicken, paste and yoghurt. Turn until well coated. Chill, covered, 20 minutes. Thread onto skewers.
2.Preheat a char-grill or frying pan on high. Cook chicken 10-12 minutes, turning, until cooked through.
3.In a large bowl, combine warm cooked rice with parsley and onion.
4.To make coconut bananas: In a bowl, combine banana and coconut, tossing to coat.
5.Serve chicken with rice, bananas and chutney.
