Summer sunrise

Ingredients

Summer sunrise
  • 1 medium orange, juice squeezed
  • 1/2 medium mango, peeled, chopped
  • 1 medium green apple, cored
  • 1/2 small ripe pineapple, peeled, cored
  • 1 centimetre piece ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method

Summer sunrise
  • 1
    Place fruit and ginger in a high speed blender in order. Add coconut water and ice then blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.

Suitable to freeze.
