Ingredients
Strawberry syrup
To serve
Method
1.To make the strawberry syrup, place the strawberries, sugar and water in a pan. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until you have a rich red syrup. Strain into a glass jug and store in the refrigerator.
2.When ready to serve, fill each dish with a mountain of shaved ice. Top with a generous amount of syrup to taste and drizzle with a little condensed milk. Serve immediately.
