Method

1.In a large saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, zest and juice. Stir over medium heat, 2-3 minutes, until sugar dissolves and strawberries begin to soften. Remove from saucepan, cover and chill.
2.Fold yoghurt and custard together. Gently swirl strawberry mixture and 3/4 meringue through.
3.Spoon dessert into glasses or bowls. Serve topped with chopped nuts and remaining crushed meringue.
