Ingredients: 4 slice thin raisin or fruit bread; 1/3 cup spreadable cream cheese; 4 large strawberries, washed, hulled, thinly sliced; 2 tablespoon hazelnut spread; 20 gram butter; 1 teaspoon caster sugar

4 slice thin raisin or fruit bread

1/3 cup spreadable cream cheese

4 large strawberries, washed, hulled, thinly sliced

2 tablespoon hazelnut spread

20 gram butter

1 teaspoon caster sugar

Method

1.Spread two slices of bread with cream cheese. Arrange a thin layer of strawberry slices on top.

2.Spread remaining 2 slices with hazelnut spread. Place over strawberries. spread side down.

3.Melt butter in a frying pan on medium. Place sandwiches in pan and sprinkle top with half the sugar. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until golden. Remove from pan and cut into quarters.
