Method
1.Place jelly crystals in a large bowl. Pour in boiling water and whisk to dissolve. Allow to cool.
2.Stir in liqueur, then the evaporated milk. Beat with an electric mixer until thick and frothy.
3.Pour mixture evenly into six 1-cup serving glasses or dishes. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight until set.
4.When ready to serve, top each bavarois with whipped cream, sliced strawberries and white chocolate curls.
Makes 6 Use a vegetable peeler to make white chocolate curls. Having chocolate at room temperature will make this easier.
