This beautiful sweet breakfast trifle combines fresh fruit, yoghurt and whole grains to prove that eating healthy can be delicious.

Layer half the weetbix and bran cereal in two 1 1/4-cup (310ml) serving glasses. Top with half the passionfruit, yoghurt and strawberries.

Repeat with remaining weetbix, bran cereal and and yoghurt. Top with remaining strawberries and drizzle with remaining passionfruit.

Choose an elegant serving glass to make this easy pantry friendly breakfast into something special to start the day. Assemble the trifle when ready to eat so the cereals keep their crunch. You will need about 4 passionfruit for this recipe. You can make the trifle with any seasonal fruit combination or even with canned fruit in natural juices. Canned pears and frozen raspberries work well together.
