Strawberries with chocolate cream dip

These tiny little tempters are just made to be shared! There's nothing quite like the combo of strawberries and chocolate, and this recipe brings in a dash of cream to make it even more irresistible.

125 gram dark chocolate (50-70% cocoa)

140 gram cream

1 teaspoon pure vanilla essence

1 punnet ripe strawberries

Method

1.Melt chocolate with cream and vanilla in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until well combined.

2.Cool, then pour into a covered container and refrigerate until needed. The mixture might harden in the fridge but will be fluid at room temperature.

3.Serve with strawberries.
