Stir-fry pork

Ingredients
Stir-fry pork
- 110 gram medium egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 large mushrooms, chopped
- handful bean sprouts
- 150 gram lean pork, in chunks
- pinch powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 25 millilitre stock
- juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Method
Stir-fry pork
- 1Cook the noodles according to pack instructions, drain and cover.
- 2Heat a heavy-bottomed frying pan (or wok)and add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the garlic, mushrooms and bean sprouts and stir well. Add the pork and ginger. Keep stirring to thoroughly cook the meat.
- 3Add the soy sauce, white wine vinegar and stock, let it bubble for a minute or so. Stir in the noodles and then remove from the heat. Squeeze over the lemon or lime juice and serve.
