Sticky hoisin chicken with vegie rice

Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Stir-fry chicken, in batches, for five minutes or until browned. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
2.Reduce heat to moderate. Add sauce, honey and the water; stir-fry for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Add onion and half the sesame seeds; toss to combine.
3.Combine vegetables and rice in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave on High (100%) for five minutes, or until heated. Divide rice mixture among serving bowls.
4.Top with chicken, and serve sprinkled with remaining sesame seeds.
