Notes
- If liked, add some pan-fried chicken tenderloins marinated with ABC sweet soy sauce. - We used potatoes, carrots, beans and snow peas. Cook vegetables in a steamer basket - potatoes cut into 1cm slices take about 20 minutes to steam, sliced carrots take 4-6 minutes and beans 1-2 minutes, depending on how tender you like them. You can also use your microwave oven to the cook the vegetables, or simply reheat any leftover vegetables in the microwave.
