Ingredients

  • 360 gram packet frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Lemon & Parsley Fish Fillets
  • 400 gram packet frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Plus - Pearl Couscous with Chickpeas

Method

    Cook Birds Eye SteamFresh Fish following packet directions and set aside. Remove 1 x 200g bag frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Pearl Couscous from packaging and cook following packet directions.

    Divide couscous evenly between two plates and top with steamed fish. Serve immediately.
