Springtime skillet lasagne

For a dinner that will please the whole family, try this delicious springtime skillet lasagne. Quick, easy, and full of fresh wholesome ingredients.

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180C.
2.In a large (30cm) oven-proof frying pan, heat oil on medium. Saute onion 1 minutes. Add mince and brown 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps. Stir in pasta sauce and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes. Stir antipasto through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle over asparagus.
3.Make white sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter on medium. Add flour and cook stirring 1 minute. Remove from heat. Mix in milk until smooth. Return to heat and cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Simmer 3 minutes.
4.Place two lasagne sheets over mince mixture, spread 1/3 cup sauce over. Top with remaining lasagne, trimming to fit pan. Spread remaining sauce over.
5.Sprinkle with combined cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. Serve with salad.

An easy way to trim lasagne sheets is to use scissors.
