Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pizza base on lightly oiled pizza tray; spread with pasta sauce.
2.Squeeze as much liquid as possible from spinach. Spread spinach over pasta sauce; top with combined cheeses. Sprinkle olives and anchovies over top.
3.Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until base is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.

Use frozen spinach, which has been cooked and cooled, for this recipe.
