Chilli lime dressing
Method
1.Heat oil on a barbecue (or grill or grill pan). Cook steak until medium-rare or cooked as desired. Remove from barbecue; cover and rest 5 minutes.
2.To make chilli lime dressing, combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well.
3.Just before serving, combine the salad mix, herbs, shallot, tomatoes and two-thirds of the dressing in a large bowl. Toss gently.
4.Divide salad among serving bowls, top with warm sliced steak and drizzle with remaining dressing.
