Method

1.Place water, miso, chilli, ginger and sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until well combined.
2.Add dumplings, cook for 6 minutes or until heated through. Add buk choy, cook for a further 2 minutes. Spoon into a bowl; serve topped with green onion and sesame seeds.

You can use vegetarian or chicken dumplings instead of the pork. Shiro (white) miso is available from supermarkets and will keep for months stored in the fridge. Use it as a seasoning in stir-fries or soups.
