Spiced lamb turkish pizza
Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat and add chopped onion and grated carrot. Fry gently for 4 minutes.
2.Add lamb mince and cook for 3 minutes to brown well. Add garlic, allspice and cumin and cook for a further 2 minutes until the mince is almost cooked through. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper and remove from heat.
3.Place bread halves on a lined baking tray cut side up. Spoon the lamb mixture over the bread and top with spinach and mozzarella (see tip).
4.Bake for 15 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese bubbling and golden.
5.Cut into portions and serve with the lemon wedges.
