Method

1.Spray mince with oil. Heat a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add mince, garlic, cumin and coriander; cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked. Remove from heat. Add tomato, cucumber and onion; stir to combine.
2.Spread pita pockets with tzatziki, then fill with mince mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.
