Method
1.Place ground espresso coffee then boiling water in coffee plunger; stand 2 minutes before plunging. Pour coffee into small heatproof bowl with bruised cardamom pods,ground cinnamon and light brown sugar; stir to dissolve sugar then cool 10 minutes.
2.Strain coffee mixture through fine sieve into blender or processor; process with vanilla ice-cream and milk until smooth.
