Garlicky mayonnaise

Method

1.Peel and devein prawns, leaving the tails intact.
2.Combine 1/3 cup (800ml) of the oil, half the garlic, paprika, rind, salt and pepper, prawns and fish in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine.
3.To make garlicky mayonnaise, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
4.Cook the zucchini and capsicum on a heated oiled barbecue or grill plate until browned and tender.
5.Cook prawns and whiting on the same barbecue or grill plate until browned both sides and just cooked through. Serve with vegetables, mayonnaise and lemon wedges, if desired.

Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
