Orange hoisin sauce
Method
1.Cut chicken fillets into cubes; combine in large bowl with sesame oil, peanut oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic cloves and rosemary. Cover, refrigerate 2 hours.
2.Thread chicken onto 12 skewers, reserving marinade. Cook skewers on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan), basting occasionally with marinade.
3.Meanwhile, to make orange hoisin sauce, combine sauce, juice, vinegar, onion and sesame oil in bowl; mix well.
4.Serve skewers with dipping sauce.
