Soft-boiled eggs with herb soldiers
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped oregano
- 4 slices wholemeal bread, toasted
Method
Soft-boiled eggs with herb soldiers
- 1Place eggs in a saucepan of cold water. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer eggs 3 minutes.
- 2In a bowl, combine margarine parsley and oregano. Spread over toast and cut into soldiers. Cut tops off eggs and serve with soldiers for dipping.
