S'mores rocky road

Combine your favourite chocolate delicacies in this s'mores rocky road recipe, which is so addictive you won't be able to stop! With the crunch of biscuits and the softness of marshmallows, it's simply scrumptious.

  • 1/2 packet classic vanilla or malt biscuits
  • large handful mini marshmallows
  • small handful of fruit puffs or lollies
  • 300 gram dark chocolate
  • freeze dried raspberries

    Roughly chop the biscuits and fruit puffs and place in a large bowl with the mini marshmallows.

    Melt the chocolate either over a double boiler or at 20 second intervals in the microwave until smooth and liquid.

    Pour the chocolate over the biscuit mix and toss together, transfer to a baking paper lined tin and scatter with crushed raspberries.

    Allow to set and cool then crack into shards.
