It doesn't get easier than this decadent no-churn dark chocolate ice cream. All you need is three staple household ingredients - cream, NESTLÉ HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk and NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Cooking Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 600 millilitre cream
  • 395 gram NESTLÉ HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 400 gram NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Cooking Chocolate, melted

Method

    Using an electric mixer, whisk the cream to soft peaks then add the NESTLÉ HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk and continue to whisk until combined.

    Fold through the melted NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Cooking Chocolate then pour the mixture into a 2L container and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
