Method
1.Rinse, drain and pat the shrimps dry with paper towels.
2.Combine the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, brandy (if using) and Worcestershire sauce. Season well and mix together thoroughly.
3.Fold the shrimps into the mayonnaise, mix, cover and chill.
4.Arrange the cos lettuce leaves on a serving platter and spoon the shrimp cocktail mix into the cos “cups”.
