Method
1.Heat the oil in a large pan and add the garlic, lemongrass, capsicum and the white parts of the bok choy.
2.Add the soy sauce or tamari and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
3.Mix in the bok choy greens, chilli flakes, sliced spring onion and honey and cook until tender.
4.Serve sprinkled with fresh basil.
