Self-saucing Snickers pudding

This decadent recipe takes self-saucing pudding to a whole new level with gooey Snickers bars. The perfect dessert for special occasions, sleepovers or simply when you need to treat yourself!

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease a 5-cup oven-proof dish.
2.In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla.
3.Fold flour into creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold Snickers through and spoon into dish.

Sauce

4.In a jug, combine all the ingredients. Pour over cake mixture.
5.Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and risen. Serve pudding with extra chopped Snickers, ice cream and chocolate sauce.
