Sausage goulash

You can use your family's favourite sausages to make this Hungarian-style hearty winter stew. As the meal is made in one pot, there is less washing up afterwards!

Method

1.In a large saucepan, heat oil on high. Brown sausages for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
2.Add onion and capsicum. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in paprika and cook for 1 minute.
3.Mix in potato, puree, stock and sauce. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4.Season to taste. Serve sprinkled with parsley and accompanied with crusty bread.
