Method
1.Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, cook pasta according to packet instructions until al dente. Add broccoli 2 minutes before end of cooking time. Drain well.
2.Heat oil in large frying pan. Cook sausages 8-10 minutes, turning, until browned and cooked through. Cool then slice.
3.In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, sausages, parmesan, pesto, juice and currants. Toss. Serve topped with extra parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.
For a spicy kick, add 1 teaspoon chilli flakes to the frying pan when cooking sausages.
