Salmon and broccoli pasta bake
Whether you are cooking a family meal or making lunch or dinner for friends, this fast and fresh pasta dish fits the bill. If you don't have individual ramekins, use a baking dish instead and divide between 4 plates or dishes.

Salmon and broccoli pasta bake
- 4 individual ramekins
- 375 gram spiral pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 chopped red onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 300 millilitre thickened cream
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 415 gram can drained and flaked salmon
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup grated tasty cheese
Method
Salmon and broccoli pasta bake
- 1Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease ramekins. Cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain.
- 2Heat oil in frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
- 3Stir in cream and broccoli florets. Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until thickened slightly.
- 4Add pasta, salmon and chopped parsley. Season to taste.
- 5Spoon into prepared dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
