  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 6 slice lean roast beef
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup (75g) char-grilled capsicum

    Halve baguette lengthways; remove some of soft centre.

    Spread mustard evenly over bread cavity. Layer beef, lettuce and capsicum in bread cavity until full; replace top.

    Cut baguette in half ; to serve, wrap firmly in baking paper and secure with string.
