Ingredients
Roast beef baguette rolls
- 1 small baguette
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 6 slice lean roast beef
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup (75g) char-grilled capsicum
Method
Roast beef baguette rolls
- 1Halve baguette lengthways; remove some of soft centre.
- 2Spread mustard evenly over bread cavity. Layer beef, lettuce and capsicum in bread cavity until full; replace top.
- 3Cut baguette in half ; to serve, wrap firmly in baking paper and secure with string.
