Ricotta and orange brandy snaps

These brandy snaps are so delicate and lace-like. Filled with creamy ricotta and orange, this recipe makes the perfect sweet treat at the end of a meal

Ingredients

  • 250 gram ricotta
  • 250 gram mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • grated zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 125 gram (packet of 8) brandy snaps

Method

    In a food processor, combine ricotta, mascarpone, icing sugar, orange zest and liqueur. Process until just smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

    Spoon ricotta mixture into a piping bag fitted with a fluted star nozzle. Pipe filling into brandy snaps.
