Raspberry cobbler cocktail

This raspberry cobbler cocktail was made for sipping on hot nights in your best frock. Small batch, all-natural organic Soda Press Co syrup is the key to this cocktail's summer flavour

  • 3 tablespoon frozen raspberries, left to thaw for 15 minutes
  • 45 millilitre vodka
  • 30 millilitre Soda Press Co raspberry and mint syrup
  • crushed ice

    Muddle raspberries, vodka and syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Fill a glass with shaved ice, then strain the vodka mixture over it.

    Using a spoon, drizzle over the remaining chunks of raspberry mixture.
